I like Chubb a lot and it will be interesting to see how he does. As a Bears fan, why is there such widespread belief that Jordan Howard is so slow in the forty when he never ran at the combine. Looking at next gen stats, if anything, he is probably faster than most give him credit for and certainly unlikely to be a 4.65 guy.
