Playing real leagues with some of my favorite folks in the community is the best part of being a fantasy writer. The Faked Goods league is an offshoot of the podcast and co-commished by Chad Scott and Rich Hribar. A year ago, Rich invited me to join in a dispersal draft. Due to the quality…

@FF_Contrarian how would you value ex favorites who are now in line to potentially see their value increase substantially and are still young. Talking about guys like J McKinnon, D Henry, T Coleman ... what would you trade each for among the rookie picks? Worth a pick 2-5? Or more like 6-10? Even later? Thanks for all your work!

@FantasyNerd The guy I'd really want there is McKinnon. He has upside into the RB4 overall range behind the Gurley, Bell, Johnson tier. You can tell from my pre- and post-draft tiers that I have the 2-8/9 area fairly flat. I'd much rather have McKinnon than Guice, Chubb, or Michel.
Coleman is a little trickier since he's looking at another year in a timeshare before hopefully becoming a star. He's a fair trade anywhere in the 2-10 range, but I'd probably prefer the rookies. Penny, Jones, and Freeman have more upside and will have more trade value if they hit.
I'm selling Henry (and wouldn't trade a first-round rookie pick for him) but in some redraft formats he could end up as a Zero RB target if he falls far enough.
