Dipping my toe into dynasty for the 1st time.
Full PPR, 1 pt per carry, TE premium... QB / RB / WR / TE and then 5 of anything else.
Safe to say I've got my work cut out for me. 3rd pick in the rookie draft.
QB seems like an immediate need. Anyone have any other reactions?

I see now that there's a similar recent thread. My bad

So my initial reaction is that this is maybe the worst QB situation I've ever seen, I'm sorry. I like your TE situation though.
Not knowing the specifics of your league, if I were in your shoes I'd commit to a rebuild.
I think your only core pieces are Derrick Henry, Dez and Amari. Short of those guys, I'd try to move as much as you can. I'd probably keep one of Lacy/Yeldon but maybe move the other? It seems like a great draft for RBs, so you could probably replace them with a younger model.

I dont disagree!
Bought unseen for $25 just to wet my beak.
Thanks for the thoughts.

Here's a question...
Does rebuilding necessarily mean tanking for the 1 seed next year?
E.g., I could envision offering up Lacy for a Mariota type in order to add playable depth at QB.
How should I prioritize something like that versus Lacy for a ... maybe ... 2nd round pick that I'd likely spend on a WR?

There's better minds than me on this board, but I would say definitely not, rebuilding doesn't mean tanking.
It just means looking for the future in your trades, which gives you more flexibility in trades.
