I have a couple of first round byes but in my PPR, I dropped Booker for Mike Davis and dropped Henry (Kelce is starter) to block off Stills from others as his upside is the type that someone could use against me.
in my std league, I have a bye but have a few areas I'm looking at.
Is Garoppolo, Flacco or Gabbert a better option than McCown or Mariota? I see Jolly likes Mariota over McCown but I think for myself, I'll roll out McCown week 15. If I make it to the finals, I"m not sure about him against the Chargers. Even with the better matchup, I think McCown might be my best bet if I get to week 16.
My starting WR are currently Fitz and Diggs and while I trust Fitz, my love for Diggs is starting to wane. I have Hogan and Davis who might be an option or I could try to get Sanu or Westbrook for Diggs (playing Cin).
For Flex, I could have some combination of above, plus options of Rod Smith, Doug Martin, Derrick Henry (SF & LAR), Hunter Henry or Corey Davis. I'm thinking of dropping Davis or Hunter and trying to get Mike Davis (LAR & Dal) who I think could potentially be a flex starter.
I appreciate thoughts and comments.

I still really like McCown and Mariota. I also think an explosion is coming for Diggs like we've seen from Keenan Allen recently, so I'd be reluctant to go in a different direction unless you have another elite option. (Obviously if you do go away from him, I completely understand.)
In standard, I can see Rod Smith and Derrick Henry. (In PPR, I'd probably prefer Hunter.) Corey Davis has blowup potential like Diggs, but we haven't seen it at the NFL level like we have for Diggs, and the way their passing game is going, I think he's more of a desperation option. I'd prefer to get Mike Davis and see what he does this week.

@FF_Contrarian is Corey Coleman still worth a bench stash? Will probably just hold for preventative measures, but thought he could have had a nice playoff blowup before Last week

Coleman's overall peripherals are still excellent, and Gordon's presence could also help him to a monster day, but weeks with really negative information hold a lot of weight at this time of the year, especially for players with a limited track record.
So I'd say your hold and watch is the best move.
