How many start? No TE requirement I'm assuming?
I like all your WR (I drafted the first 4 tonight myself), but it lacks a top end guy (I understand in a standard league why you'd want Zeke over a WR). I also just realized that all of your receivers except Godwin have missed a not-insignificant amount of time due to injury (and when they tried to play through the injury they were less effective) the last year or two, so you could run into some depth issues, especially around bye weeks. But hopefully that's not the case.
I think you're absolutely stacked at RB. If McKinnon and or Mack are slow to come back you've got Williams starting the first two weeks.
Good luck this season.

Mateoloco-I appreciate the feedback. TE is also a a WR flex option. I thought the same thing with WR depth. Good luck to you this year also! Thanks again for your response

I was about to start my own thread about my draft tonight but thought that rather than have a bunch of threads we could just have one. Hope that's OK.
12 team work league, 0.5 PPR. 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 W/R/T, 1 DST, 1 K, 6 bench
For whatever reason, 3 teams never showed up and Yahoo! (poorly) autodrafted for them. As a result there were far more QBs, TEs, DSTs taken than there should have been, which resulted in some pretty amazing values late. I drafted from the 4 slot (draft round in parenthesis after the player's name):
Andrew Luck (10.9)
Antonio Brown (1.4)
Stefon Diggs (2.9)
Chris Hogan (5.4)
Robby Anderson (6.9)
Will Fuller (7.4)
Julian Edelman (9.4)
Chris Godwin (13.4)
Keelan Cole (15.4)
Christian McCaffrey (3.4)
Royce Freeman (4.9)
Jamaal Williams (8.9)
Aaron Jones (11.4)
James White (14.9)
Cameron Brate (12.9)
Draft thought process:
I was planning to go zero-RB and grab Gronk in the 2nd or Kelce in the 3rd, but both went before I could pick them. The best WR left was Hilton, but I think CMC at pick 28 is a steal. Jarvis Landry went two picks before me in the 4th to one of the autodrafting teams (bummer) and I guessed correctly that Hogan would still be there in the 5th (wasn't sure about Royce) and that I could get two of Goodwin/Fuller/Anderson in the 6th and 7th, so at that point I guess I completely abandoned zero RB (2 RBs in the first 4 rounds). I was delighted to get Edelman in the 9th, so now I have double coverage of the NE wide receivers; if one goes down the other becomes a massive value. Same with the GB running backs Williams and Jones. By the 10th it was obvious that I would likely be streaming TE and I didn't also want to have to stream QB and Luck was there, so I grabbed him. Not crazy about Brate but he was the best available. I had my eye on Godwin, Moore, and Keelan Cole, but I wasn't able to get all 3. Moore went 1 pick before I grabbed James White.
In addition to the guys I was able to draft, guys like Matt Breida and John Brown went undrafted.
And herein lies my my problem. I need a kicker. Who do I drop? I love my roster.

I would drop Cole...limited upside and no one else will likely take him either. You should also wait a bit. No rush to drop anyone yet and those teams that autodrafted may drop a value in your lap.

Holy shit. One of the auto-drafted teams just dropped Kerryon Johnson to pick up Austin Ekeler. I even checked with him to make sure that he didn't make a mistake. I'll be dropping James White to pick him up on waivers. We have $1000 waivers. How much would you bid? This league tends not to be that aggressive, although there is a guy who played two years ago who is back and he is pretty savvy. @FF_Contrarian any advice on the waiver bid? It feels silly blowing a large portion of FAAB before the season even starts, but I'm also getting a potentially league-winning RB who went in the 7th round.

I was thinking Cole or Godwin. But with Lee out, Cole has a very viable path to being the WR1 on that team, and he was a WR1 down the stretch last year. Godwin would need an injury to Evans to be more than a WR2, and he's catching passes from Fitzpatrick the first 3 weeks.
And I won't be dropping anyone until the weekend of week 1. If there are 2 kickers on SNF/MNF available, I may wait until after the Sunday games as someone could get injured and I'll have more info about Cole and Godwin's targets.
And yeah, talk about dropping a value in my lap, Kerryon Johnson was just dropped.

These all look like excellent teams. Keep them coming everybody.
@mateoloco I'm probably not the right person to ask since bidding tends to be so specific to the history and psychology of an individual league. When it's a guy with a top-6 round value - or even just a player who fills a big hole in my roster - I always bid high enough to be almost sure I get him. The value of having that player for the whole year - and knowing that you've addressed an issue - trumps having the flexibility later for something that might never materialize.
So I usually get to add a pretty solid player early as a result. But I often don't have much for making those moves later in the season, so it's something of a tradeoff.

Yeah you're right about every league being different. My hunch is that either no one other than I will bid on him or a few people will bid quite a bit. I think I'll go for about 25% of my FAAB. I'd hate to try to get cheap and then lose out on him. I really doubt anyone in that league would bid in with that much.

I just finished my last draft, a FFWC slow draft for the online championship league on Scout. I'm team 9. Right before the news came out on Lee, I was deciding between dorsett and westbrook. Five minutes after my pick I saw a tweet about Lee's injury. :/ I might have it in me to do one more draft in the NFFC but I got a bad beat last year to not advance (Tied for best record but 3rd in total points; I even beat H2H both the guy I was tied with and the total points leader.) My other two current leagues are posted in the Zero RB thread if you're interested. Perhaps someone should start a post and consolidate where we can upload our boards? Good luck everyone. ~Byron

Dude, those WRs! Love them!

Was happy to get players I like to root for like Diggs and Aaron Jones. I only do a handful of redraft so fun to get this one in the books.

Like how you got MT in both leagues I think he’s gonna smash with a few extra TDs. Really like those TEs who could destroy their ADP. I missed Brees by 2 picks in round 8. The combo with MT ummm winning!

@mateoloco I'd probably bid 52% and drop Cole and keep James White. But I also am not that high on Kerryon. To free up space, you could explore a 2-for-1 . . . maybe move Royce Freeman + WR for a RB that has lost a little bit of shine (maybe Devonta Freeman or Jerick, or Jordan Howard)
Also John Brown and Mike Williams are most likely going to be splash play guys. If they splash early on low volume, they could be good package candidates in a 2 for 1 after week 1.

I'm seeing Mike Williams in early Round 6 sometimes now. I hope that plays out. I've got a lot of him from the offseason.

What are thoughts on John Ross? Like him more than John Brown or Mike Williams? Thank you
