I have the #2 waiver in my 12 person .5ppr league.
2rb (Fournette, Cook, P.Barber, L.Murray, G.Bernard)
3wr (D.Baldwin, E.Sanders, W.Fuller, C.Godwin, R.Cobb, T.Taylor, C.Kirk)
Would you use this waiver for Keelan Cole?
I know my QB could have been better but everyone snatched up 2 QBs. And before I noticed they were all going I was left with Mariota. Crossing my fingers for a better year than last year (I had him in all my leagues)

I wouldn't worry too much about Mariota, although he does have a tough early season schedule after week 1. People will drop QBs and there should be viable streamers on waivers if you get desperate. And they don't have much trade value (someone just traded Jimmy G for Tyler Eifert).
I really like Cole. That Jax WR core was really crowded, but with Lee out, Cole has a very real path to being the top receiving option (he was already starting opposite Lee). Even though they run a lot and have a great defense, Cole was a WR1 down the stretch last year when Lee went out injured. I think he has more upside that Kirk and probably Taylor (depending on Rishard Matthews health). That being said, I'm not sure that you use your #2 waiver on him. It's a calculated risk. He's a lottery ticket right now but he's got a better chance of paying off than Kirk or Taylor I think.
And try to convince your league to go to FAAB next season. It's the only way to play.

Thanks! Yeah I think that's my biggest dilemma is whether or not I should use the #2 waiver on him. I'm leaning towards doing it to get a possible #1 receiver but always want to save it on case of injury. Aargh!!

Here's an article on how Lee's injury affects the Panthers that may help you make a decision: http://rotoviz.com/2018/08/marqise-lee-injury-fallout/

Thanks. That was a good article. I guess I should hold on to my waiver now since it'sa crap shoot and hope he makes it pass waivers. Haha.
