12 team PPR
I receive: Kenny Golladay, Kerryon Johnson, and Alex Collins
I give up: Travis Kelce
I know Golladay and Kerryon's value likely increase after the Golden Tate trade. Plus, I think Collins is a decent buy low candidate considering their light schedule the rest of the way. But is giving up Travis Kelce too much?
I could use more balance at the receiver and running back positions. I have AB, Keenan Allen and Joe Mixon, but after that there's a big drop off. I don't have a reliable RB2 and my Flex options aren't too appealing.

Who would you be starting at TE if you give up Kelce?

@matthanna13 you're getting three players for Kelce here. This feels like a no-brainer, given your roster needs. The only way I wouldn't do this is if there's literally no decent TE available on waivers.
I second @Mychal question, do you have anyone else rostered?

No, Kelce is the only TE on my roster, and the waiver wire looks pretty scarce. He has Engram on his roster... currently seeing if he'd be willing to include him in the deal as well, but asking for 4 players seems a bit much. If I make this deal, my next step would be to explore trades for more serviceable TE's than those on the waivers. But for now, it looks like Antonio Gates and Jeff Heurman are my next best options.
It's worth noting that I'm playing this guy this week. I typically don't care about that when trading, but I'm currently 4-4 and need a win this week. I love the trade for the ROS, but maybe potential short-term drop off at this position is too risky.
Hope that adds more clarity.
