Having an issue logging in? First, you can always email fantasydouche @ gmail and I'll try to help you through whatever issue you're having.
Some users report having to log in a lot. This appears to be a browser compatibility issue related to how differing browsers store cookies. I personally use Chrome and only have to log in when I purposely clear my browser cookies.

In any case, no matter what browser you use, your security settings will have to be such that you can store cookies.
Some users report having difficulty when clicking from the Twitter app on mobile. We recommend pressing the link and choosing to open it in a browser instead of the Twitter app.
Lastly, our paywall operator Tinypass is working on improving their API for compatibility's sake. That new API should be out around mid year.
We chose our paywall operator in order to satisfy a number of sometimes conflicting interests. First, Tinypass makes paying our authors easy, so we can split payments with them and incententivize them to create great content for you. Also, Tinypass makes it possible for our paywall to be leaky so that we can gain the attention of new subscribers and grow the site. But we do understand that it's important for you to be able to log in and so we're pressing them to work out the compatibility issues. Thanks for your patience.

Quick question: last time I subscribed, it was for a year pass. Now my options are for one day or for 10 months. Is there no longer an option to subscribe for 1 year? I love this site and will subscribe however, but I just don't want to get locked into a cycle of having to renew two months earlier each year...

Sorry I'm really late to this. We essentially are selling season passes. It didn't occur to us last year, and it really shouldn't affect subscribers. But the reason we had to shorten up that subscription time period is because we need the Feb. renewals so that writers publishing articles then have some subscription revenue to share. All of our writers are paid off of subscription revenue based on splitting the subs up. So if everyone renews in June, the Feb-May writers get shorted.
Hope that makes sense. When your subscription expires next year we'll be selling passes that will last through the end of the season.

When I try to login from my iphone, I'm told I'm a subscriber and to "close the tab" but I can't figure out how to close the tab and returning to the site doesn't all me access. What am I doing wrong? The iphone instructiions didn't help.

Once you see that window you're logged in and you should just be able to close that browser window in the way you'd close any browser window on the phone. Not sure why that button isn't working though. But then you should just be able to navigate to any page on the site and read it.

Hi, trying to login but clicking on "Member Login" does nothing for me, I usually clicked on already purchased when the box saying in order to read I have to subscribe appears, but right now it tells me my free reads are over and the link doesn't appear. What can I do?
Edit: I use chrome, and have block pop ups off.

I subscribed to this services this morning and haven't been able to access content all day.
Should I be more patient? Does access require human intervention?

Can you describe the issue you're having in more detail? Are you unable to login? Are you able to log in but not see content?

I don't even see the button to sign in, the upper right hand corner is covered by your ad requesting membership.
When I click on an article, I get the teaser. I then click on the more button, and once again, get the ad requesting membership. I don't seem to be able to continue from there. There might be an issue due to the fact that I signed up last year for a few free articles in return for my email address, which is the same I used when paying for the subscription this year.
Mozilla Firefox, ad-block enabled.

Attempted to use the site using Chrome, as my Mozilla has a fair number of plugins. Same thing though - unable to see the premium content.
From the main splash page I clicked the "already a member?" And it took me to the content. At the bottom I am told that I am out of free reads.
Please update the flag with my status as a premium member. Thanks!

I found the sign-in link in the box informing me that I am "out of free reads".
So I can read the site now.
I still would like the db to be updated to get rid of the free read flag.

Hey guys, I've emailed you a couple times now and haven't really heard back. I log in to tinypass and then it's as if there's no communication between tiny pass and the rotoviz site despite my cookies being enabled.

When you read open an article on the site, it cuts off and you see the tinypass information. just below the "$4" is a red link that says something like "already subscribed?"
try clicking on that and logging in to the site directly. Does that help?

Yes, so when I click already subscribed it takes me to tiny pass to log in so I log in there, refresh my page with the article and I still can't access the article

Once you login in the tinypass window, it should refresh the page automatically.
Are you by chance clicking into rotoviz from links on twitter? and/or have cookies disabled or browsing incognito?

So when I do log in the next tinypass screen says please confirm your purchase even though I already purchased about a month ago. I am not using twitter to access links and I do have cookies enabled

I figured it out. User signed up under the wrong email address by accident. I've granted him access under the correct email address
