With Burton on bye, I have the following not so inspiring choices.. who would you roll with?
RSJ vs 9ers
Rhett Ellison vs Panthers
Gates vs. Raiders
CJ Uzomah vs. MIA
Ravens TEs Hurst/Andrews vs. Browns..

@turndownforwatt somehow I quite like Gates this wk. Old and slow, yes but has great hands and we know Rivers is a big fan in the redzone. Uzomah or RSJ would be my second picks.

@will. Thanks man. I currently have RSJ, it is so bad that I might swing for the fences here. Opponent has Swaim. I can get Ellison or someone and get 3-5 points, but I feel like RSJ can hit a longish TD and get me double digit points. I will be going back and forth on this - all weekend. LOL
Edit: or Uzomah, Bengals implied score is 27, and they have no Ross and no Gio. Assuming Uzomah usage continues as before, he might be decent. Its a better offense at this point.

I have the same options with the additional one of Austin Hooper vs PIT. Think he’s any better?
Currenty have RSJ on my roster.

I think Hooper is a fine option, but I can't see switching over to him from RSJ. I think RSJ might offer a fairly higher ceiling. It's a coin flip for sure. Unfortunately I wish I knew the answer ahead of time
@turndownforwatt I'd go with RSJ. I can't be bothered with Uzomah. The mid-tier of TE is kinda gross, so I'd just hope I hit on the right TE for the week.

Curious what you guys think on RSJ vs Swain in a full PPR league? RSJ seems to have the better matchup but Swain has been getting a lot of targets lately...

Hey Jason, the way I lean right now, my opponent is starting Uzomah. so,I assume she will get 6 points from him, and I can play a floor player in Rhett Ellison (who has gotten 8 targets in the past 6 qtrs) or try to gain an advantage here with RSJ. I am rolling with RSJ. Rosen looked good although the box score doesn't show it, and RSJ has a lot of air yards as well.
But if you are at an advantage against your opponent, you can get by playing Rhett Ellison or Swain and get the guaranteed points.

I'm at a disadvantage right now so I need a high upside guy...guess I'm on the RSJ train...choo-choo!!

...well that was an unmitigated DISASTER.... what in the world ???
ARI offense is awful
RSJ is sharing snaps with Gresham and is just not getting the targets needed to support even being a TE2

I didn't watch the game, but he got six targets. That doesn't seem to be too bad, but no telling the quality of them. I also have a nice goose egg in my TE slot this week thanks to RSJ. Womp womp.

Who knew that the right guy to have added from FA this week was... Niles Paul.

likewise.. we all had a big fat zero. LOL

I had soo much RSJ in DFS and in season long and in dynasty.
RIP Week 5.

He's been dropped today in my 12 team PPR league. Still like him, just not the Cards offense. If he makes it that far, I might grab him to cover Njoku's bye wk.

ROS: would you rather have Reed, Njoku or Engram (can stay in IR slot this week)? Worth rostering two of the above? Reed is my starter, but I'm worried about that Washington offense.
#16 By: hrr5010, October 11th, 2018 11:46
Engram for most upside. If you can stash him on IR, you're fine holding for a while.
Njoku has been getting a lot of volume, but no production yet. to be fair, none of the Browns have been great for FF.

I got Engram off of waivers and he's slotted into IR so I'm going to sit there for this week.
