Woof... rough day for this fantasy team (obviously not as bad as for the players who got hurt). Chubb did fine, but Melvin Gordon not going was brutal, followed by Sony Michel getting hurt (probably for the season, poor guy), then Allen Robinson failed, Diggs put up 33 yards on 14 targets, Corey Davis fell victim to more Titans things, Robby Anderson got 10 targets but only ended up with 44 yards and 3 receptions (Darnold looks awful), I left Kerryon Johnson on the pine for his breakout game, and then Zeke flopped. My teams got crushed and is going to suffer for a few weeks after all this...

I also had a stinker vs a team with some heavy scoring firepower. Down 32 pts and he has Ryan, Julio & Ridley still to come!
Sony went down, stacking Boyd and Dalton flopped and Keenan & Sammy were both quiet/disappointing. Hogan, Chubb & Njoku were all ok, but with Dalvin and Thompson both out and Michel also looking like an injury victim I'm feeling very thin at RB. Wishing I had held on to Kerryon a few more wks given that I traded him in wk 3 for Sammy who has only been ok.

Big day for a lot of Zero RB targets with Tarik Cohen continuing to blow up, Chubb capitalizing to an extent, RoJo looking like the next player in line for a mini-move, and James White looking like peak Darren Sproles.
@HowFantasy @Will Sorry to hear that. Those injuries are a dagger. Losing Breida early may be the one that costs me.

Thoughts on Doug Martin? Nick Chubb is probably the waiver wire pickup of the year but excluding Chubb, does anyone think Martin is worth emptying my FAAB stash? Richard is owned.

Is Elijah McGuire worth a pickup?
#316 By: Mychal, October 24th, 2018 10:34
Bilal Powell now on IR.
I haven’t read McGuire being activated yet. What about Trenton Cannon?
#317 By: hrr5010, October 24th, 2018 11:24
Trenton Cannon is a good one week fill-in. McGuire practiced last week and is eligible to return in Week 9. Crowell's been hobbled by ankle issues and both Cannon and McGuire could hold value if Crow's done at some point this season.

Would you guys trade le'veon bell and golden tate to get Julio?
#319 By: William Russell, October 24th, 2018 11:58
I just grabbed T.Can after seeing the Powell IR news. Has there been any update on D'Onta Foreman this wk? my league allows me to pick up players post-TNF, so I could still grab him up to Sunday kickoffs. But no news seems like bad news, esp with Miller finally having a good game in wk 7.

Yes. Julio's gonna be great down the strethc. if you don't need Bell, let sgo!
#321 By: hrr5010, October 24th, 2018 19:58
No news on Foreman unfortunately. He might not be activated till after the bye
#322 By: Trevor.Moran, October 24th, 2018 20:14
I have keryon, Coleman, Ekeler and mostert. Plus Buck Allen is on wavier wire too... Should I still pull trigger with these RBs? @hrr5010
#323 By: hrr5010, October 24th, 2018 20:28
I would. I think you're in decent shape... but I would go with your gut. Who are your WRs?
#324 By: Trevor.Moran, October 24th, 2018 20:30
Aj Green, tate, Landry, Robinson, moncrief, Godwin Lockett @hrr5010
#325 By: hrr5010, October 24th, 2018 20:50
I like that listing. I'm unsure if Julio brings more punch to your lineup over a fully healthy Bell, but at the same time it's difficult to project Bell's workload. I'd make the trade if you really want to, but I don't hate holding Le'Veon Bell if you've held on to him for this long. Thoughts @devinmci

Yeah, Its 3wr 1 flex so I always start 4 wr obviously but... I'm 2 and 5 right now even though I'm 3rd in scoring. so I need as much help as I can get
#327 By: hrr5010, October 24th, 2018 21:28
I see where you're coming from. yeah, i'd do the deal. It won't help this week, but hopefully your league awards a playoff spot for most points.

I just traded AJ Green and Aaron Jones for Julio and Dalton. Wanted a shot at his upside if the TDs normalize. Few players are truly league winners. I think he’s in that elite group and would give up unknown return date of Bell and steady but not a smasher like Tate.
#329 By: Ryan Blakeslee, October 27th, 2018 16:39
Seems like you can wait on Foreman. I’ve already picked him up and dropped. Achilles injury has been almost impossible for RBs to return to a decent level of athleticism. Odds are he’s not going to succeed this year but I’ll still be watching him closely to add as a end if bench stash like Cannon or Mostert.

Looks like the dream is over for Rojo truthers. Can we trust Peyton Barber?
Who to drop Rojo for though... seems all the breakout candidates have broken out or confirmed they’re busts by now. Cannon? Mcguire? Hard for me to put faith on the hot and cold Jets offense. Penny is an even bigger bust than Rojo at this point.
